We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to promote and sell our repair services to manufacturing companies operating in the North Eastern United States, Boston area. As our Sales Representative, you will expand our current sales by promoting our services to new customers. You will also continue to develop established relationships with industrial accounts in support of our repair activities.
Primary Responsibilities:
Achieve the annual sales quota
Discover and visit potential customers
Visit existing customers to discuss current programs and suggest new programs
Quote prices, credit terms and other bid specifications
Negotiate prices and terms of service agreements
Maintain customer records using an automated system
Plan and reserve hotel and transportation
Produce and submit weekly sales reports and expense reports
Make presentations
Identify prospective customers, following leads from existing clients, participate in organizations and clubs, attend trade shows and conferences
Answer customers' questions about services, prices, availability and credit terms
Emphasize service features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of service team capabilities and limitations.
Select the correct services or assist customers in making service selections, based on customer needs, product specifications and applicable regulations
Travel by car and airplane is required
Experience Required:
You must have at least 5 years of Industrial Sales experience.
Previous repair industry experience is a plus.
