Directing and monitoring human clinical trials, phases II IV, for
pharmaceutical products under development, including pediatric formulations of
established and novel adult HIV products. Participating in cross functional HIV
early development team meetings. Serving as scientific expert to marketing and
research project teams. Interacting with regulatory agencies, Key Thought
leaders, and site investigators.
Job Requirements/Education:
Board Certified MD PhD PharmD with subspecialty medical expertise in Infectious
Diseases, preferable pediatric HIV. Three to five years clinical R&D
experience, preferably gained through industry. Experience developing a network
of individuals from various departments important to job function. Experience
interacting with key academic investigators in the fields of HIV, as well as
site investigators. Therapeutic area expertise in HIV. Strong interpersonal
skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
